Inspect the System for Visible Problems

For troubleshooting your wireless connection, try the following instructions first.

  1. Carefully go over all of the connections. Look closely for wire breaks, kinks (may have internal breaks), and loose ends. Also verify that your router and radio have power.
  2. Verify that nothing appears to be wrong with the antenna or the cable coming down from the antenna.
  3. Check to make sure no trees or other obstructions are now interfering with your line of site to our antenna.
